What you'll do

• Train, direct, and guide medical records staff
• ensure records are complete, assembled in standard order, and filed appropriately
• participate in hiring, discipline, and evaluation of records employees
• prepare work schedules and maintain staffing
• locate, sign out, deliver, and track returned records
• compile facility statistics
• enter and retrieve data and produce reports
• restrict access to authorized staff
• retain and archive files according to policy and regulations.

Why this role
