Senior Project Manager, Wind Repower

The Senior Project Manager, Wind Repower role is onsite in Houston, TX; compensation is not specified. The role reports to the VP of Repower and supports Deutsche Windtechnik’s wind energy repower projects and its mission to be a trusted operations and maintenance partner to wind farm owners. The position leads projects from planning through execution, coordinating technical teams, clients, suppliers, contractors, budgets, schedules, safety, and compliance. It helps deliver repower work on time and within project objectives while supporting performance and sustainability goals.

What you'll do

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
• monitor progress and mitigate schedule risks
• coordinate field execution, technical documentation, and change orders
• engage clients and stakeholders
• mentor project managers and site leads
• manage supplier and contractor relationships
• monitor environmental, safety, wage, and apprenticeship compliance
• prepare project and financial reports
• identify cost savings and optimize resources.
