Service Biller

The Service Biller is an onsite role based in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $16–$21 per hour depending on experience, supporting the service department at Walser Automotive Group. This role exists to ensure the accuracy and compliance of service documentation and billing processes. By managing warranty claims, repair order documentation, and administrative tasks, the Service Biller contributes to operational efficiency and ensures customers receive a positive service experience.

What you'll do

• Assist the service team with leadership in warranty knowledge and information.
• Aid in contacting extended warranty companies for claim approval.
• Check vehicle and Repair Order (RO) information compliance.
• Ensure all supporting documentation for repairs are attached to repair orders.
• Correct labor ops, symptoms, defect codes.
• Confirm accurate technician repair documentation (3 C’s).
• Book tickets after customer has left and ensure payment has been received.
• Help processing P2P (Open Invoice) payable system.
• Work with teammates to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
• Ensure rental process is followed and completed.
• Write-up and Close Pre-Delivery vehicles.
• Coordinate pick up and delivery on all internal vehicles.
• Updating Used Vehicle Team on internal repair orders.
• Must wear safety eyewear and hard-toed shoes in service departments.
