What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• answer questions and promote products, reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty benefits
• process purchases and returns
• maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising
• complete omnichannel orders
• manage inventory and loss prevention tasks
• count and reconcile transactions and prepare closeout paperwork and deposits
• check shipments and process recalls and stock pulls
• follow opening and closing procedures
• supervise and delegate tasks to sales associates when management is absent.
