What you'll do

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• identify and locate parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software
• process orders, invoices, credits, and returns
• support technicians and service advisors
• maintain inventory, receive shipments, conduct counts and audits, track backorders, and document transactions
• maintain an organized parts department
• promote accessories and additional parts when appropriate.
