What you'll do

• Support community activities, recreation, volunteering, social events, friendships, and self-advocacy
• assist with meal preparation, household organization, budgeting, shopping, and money management as appropriate
• provide authorized personal care
• observe and report changes in health or behavior
• assist with medications when trained and authorized
• document services and progress
• communicate with supervisors, families, and care team members
• provide transportation to approved activities and appointments when required.
