General Liability Paralegal

The paralegal supports attorneys handling general liability defense litigation by managing case materials, preparing legal documents, coordinating discovery and proceedings, and tracking billable time.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple litigation matters
• monitor filings and assess cases for attorneys
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents under attorney supervision
• coordinate with clients, adjusters, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• conduct legal and factual research
• organize case files and trial materials
• assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• process subpoenas and records requests
• review discovery documents
• submit contemporaneous billable time.
