What you'll do

• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions
• answer phones and support front-desk operations
• support club cleanliness and promote group fitness and tanning programs
• assist with new member enrollments
• meet acquisition and retention targets
• administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience
• generate personal-training leads
• respond to member inquiries within 24 hours
• attend required meetings and training
• maintain time-clock and training-session records.
