What you'll do

• Oversee the daily admissions process and timely, appropriate resident placement
• develop and execute marketing and census-building strategies
• maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners
• guide prospective residents and families through admissions
• coordinate transitions with clinical and administrative teams
• track and report admissions and referral data
• participate in community outreach and networking
• and ensure compliance with applicable admissions and marketing policies.
