What you'll do

• Support ordering, inventory control, and production scheduling
• monitor bakery product quality, freshness, and merchandising
• direct and support team members through training, task delegation, and feedback
• lead the department when the manager is absent
• maintain pricing, signage, and cleanliness
• execute promotions and seasonal resets
• follow food safety guidelines and company policies.
