The Production Graphic Artist role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour depending on experience. The role supports Crystal D’s Art team in creating awards and gifts that recognize people, achievements, and special moments. This position transforms customer artwork into accurate, production-ready designs and files. It contributes to quality and timely production by coordinating with Art, Customer Service, Sales, and Production teams and resolving artwork or production issues.

What you'll do

• Create, modify, and prepare customer artwork for proofing and production using Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio Max, and other design tools
• produce production-ready files, films, and prints
• operate printers, lasers, engravers, and other production equipment
• maintain accuracy and quality while meeting daily deadlines
• collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Production
• troubleshoot artwork and production challenges
• support department goals and workflow improvements.
