Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Monitor maintenance expenses against budget
• inspect community grounds each morning
• perform unit turns, including painting, cleaning, and maintenance
• complete maintenance requests and prepare vacant units for occupancy
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain landscaping and remove snow from sidewalks
• log weather and snow-removal efforts
• maintain maintenance records, tools, equipment, and parts
• clean common areas
• supervise contractors onsite
• provide emergency resident support after office hours
• maintain resident and unit preventive-maintenance records
• service common amenities
• conduct quarterly unit inspections.
