What you'll do

• Monitor the evisceration line and supporting equipment
• establish equipment baselines with Maintenance
• perform pre-operation, in-process, and post-operation inspections
• clean, inspect, verify lubrication, and check condition
• identify abnormal wear, alignment, vibration, noise, cleanliness, or performance
• make approved operational adjustments
• communicate equipment issues
• support troubleshooting and repairs
• re-establish base condition after repairs
• participate in root-cause analysis
• maintain documentation and spare-parts records
• operate equipment as needed
• follow USDA, MIOSHA, HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and company standards.
