What you'll do

• Greet patients in person and by phone
• answer or refer questions
• schedule efficiently and notify providers of arrivals
• retrieve and update patient records
• verify financial records, collect patient charges, and file and expedite third-party claims
• maintain office inventory and equipment. Travel to all clinic locations and overtime as needed are required.
