Assistant Grade Manager, Tire Grading

The Assistant Grade Manager, Tire Grading role is onsite in Midlothian, TX. Compensation is $65,000–$70,000 per year. The role supports Liberty Tire Recycling’s tire grading and recycling operations, which transform scrap tires into raw materials for sustainable products. Working on the production floor, the assistant manager helps coordinate grading work, maintain quality and inventory accuracy, and communicate between team members and leadership. The role contributes to safe, consistent production and efficient yard operations.

What you'll do

• Work alongside team members in rough and final tire grading
• help coordinate daily grading activities to meet production schedules
• support trailer flow and yard coordination
• monitor product quality and escalate issues
• assist with inventory accuracy
• provide floor direction and answer team questions
• reinforce work expectations and safe practices
• assist with onboarding and training
• support communication between grading, operations, and leadership
• identify operational issues and raise solutions or concerns
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• follow company policies and OSHA standards.
