The role independently manages daily facility maintenance, from inspections and preventive maintenance to troubleshooting and verified repairs. Accurate work orders, asset records, vendor coordination, and communication with Operations help maintain safe, reliable warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Manage daily site maintenance needs
• prioritize work based on safety, food safety, operational impact, urgency, and preventive-maintenance schedules
• inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and building issues
• identify developing problems and initiate corrective work
• communicate status, risks, downtime, parts needs, and completion dates
• coordinate vendors and verify their work
• maintain tools and supplies
• use CMMS/eMaint for work orders and asset records
• complete and document preventive maintenance
• perform commercial or industrial electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and facility repairs within competency
• maintain warehouse equipment
• follow lockout/tagout and other safety controls
• escalate work requiring licensed trades or vendors.
