Senior Identity and Access Management Governance Analyst — Hybrid

The Senior Identity and Access Management Governance Analyst — Hybrid role is hybrid, with two onsite days per week; listed work locations are San Diego, Long Beach, Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, or Oakland in the San Francisco Bay Area. Pay is $50–$55 per hour. The governance team supports a leading health plan's information security and controls assurance work, including access reviews and segregation-of-duties oversight.

What you'll do

• Manage a high volume of access requests across approximately 13 ticket types
• complete initial training on ticket types and submission procedures
• meet turnaround expectations
• review access requests against role, department, and policy requirements
• identify and flag conflicting access combinations
• apply governance standards and escalate exceptions
• maintain process documentation
• improve ticket submission and governance workflows
• collaborate with governance peers and technical and business stakeholders without owning the identity platform.
