Seasonal Store Manager

The Seasonal Store Manager role is onsite in Smithfield, NC. Pay is $16.50–$18.00 per hour. The seasonal position is employed by Noor Staffing Group and represents Hickory Farms, whose specialty food gifts are sold through seasonal retail locations. The manager leads daily operations at one or more seasonal stores, coordinating staff, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention to meet performance goals and deliver a strong customer experience.

What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal sales associates with the Seasonal Area Manager
• lead daily store operations
• achieve sales and performance targets
• train and coach associates
• ensure customer engagement standards, company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention standards are followed
• report performance and employee-relations issues
• complete training and report workplace injuries as required.

Why this role
