What you'll do

• Turn campaign briefs, audience insights, and performance data into paid social concepts
• write hooks, scripts, copy, carousels, and video content
• plan and run shoots and source and direct talent
• edit and iterate short-form video
• review performance metrics and develop hypotheses
• remix existing creative into variations
• partner with strategists, marketers, and media partners
• share learnings and help develop repeatable playbooks.
