What you'll do

• Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and inviting
• maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and product availability
• uphold fuel station appearance, safety, and compliance standards
• execute promotions and display signage and point-of-sale materials
• assist with reporting and documentation
• perform cashier and food service duties when needed
• monitor cash handling, inventory, and fuel drive-offs
• enforce safety and security policies
• support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance discussions
• resolve employee or customer concerns.
