What you'll do

• Lead discipline-specific design scope and budgets on small to mid-sized projects
• develop construction drawings and specifications
• conduct field surveys and site walks
• document non-compliant existing conditions
• coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• support proposals and training presentations
• lead design reviews
• mentor junior team members
• assist with system design programming and master planning.
