What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients, typically with 50 or more employees
• advise on hiring, corrective action, terminations, and policy application
• administer FMLA and leave processes
• draft and update handbooks, policies, job descriptions, and offer letters
• support investigations and performance documentation
• monitor employment-law compliance and escalate high-risk matters
• coordinate with payroll and provide practical guidance to client owners.
