What you'll do

• Assist with daily cash positioning, bank-balance monitoring, and short-term cash forecasting
• process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other disbursements
• maintain cash-flow schedules and liquidity reports
• process invoices and reimbursements
• prepare payment runs
• perform or assist with bank reconciliations
• maintain vendor records and support 1099 preparation
• assist with month-end close, expense coding, general ledger tasks, and audit documentation.
