As the technical owner for electric engine development, this engineer guides requirements, supplier work, system integration, verification, and certification activities. The role helps ensure propulsion hardware meets aircraft performance, safety, and regulatory needs and integrates with the propeller, electrical systems, and airframe.

What you'll do

• Own electric engine development across the lifecycle from requirements through certification
• refine requirements, interfaces, and acceptance criteria
• oversee supplier design reviews, analysis, testing, and issue resolution
• lead integration with the propeller, electrical systems, and airframe
• author specifications, test plans, and compliance artifacts
• contribute to safety assessments
• support system- and aircraft-level verification, including ground and flight testing.
