What you'll do

• Support marketing strategies and campaigns
• serve as a primary contact for patient communication
• conduct intakes in the office, by phone, and in person
• conduct outreach and follow up with prospective patients
• build community and referral relationships
• coordinate patient events and community activities
• analyze market trends and marketing effectiveness
• coordinate with internal staff, stakeholders, and providers
• educate eligible former Department of Energy workers and contractors about requirements and resources
• maintain records of patient interactions and outcomes.
