The role also contributes to staffing, care planning, quality improvement, audits, and staff education.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• assist the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing, interviews, and onboarding
• lead daily nursing operations and collaborate on care plans
• oversee documentation and quality and safety compliance
• analyze QM/QI measures and implement improvement initiatives
• support audits, inspections, and quality assurance
• help develop and lead nursing staff education plans.
