The Custodian, Part-Time role is onsite in downtown Oklahoma City, OK, with pay of $17.75 per hour. Dale Rogers Training Center seeks custodial staff to maintain federal buildings and facilities in support of mission-critical environments. The custodian maintains cleanliness, safety, and appearance across assigned facilities. Cleaning, security procedures, supply tracking, and reporting maintenance needs help support daily building operations.

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
• empty trash
• clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
• organize custodial storage areas
• follow chemical and equipment procedures
• monitor building security and lock doors
• move furniture and supplies
• report maintenance needs
• perform snow removal as applicable
• track supplies
• clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and partitions
• shampoo carpets and apply or remove floor finish
• provide water-extraction services
• operate vehicles and equipment
• participate in special events or emergency response.
