What you'll do

• Read drawings and submit carpentry bids
• track and schedule projects with clients
• follow up on correspondence and requests
• process and track project documentation
• maintain delivery status
• plan and schedule projects
• evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs and forecast construction costs
• coordinate job needs and documentation
• prepare three-week look-ahead schedules
• attend project and office meetings and provide updates
• create leads for new projects.
