• Conduct quality control audits on portable restrooms and holding tanks
• assist with accident investigations and safety meetings
• serve as a primary contact for customer service issues
• provide training and guidance to drivers
• perform daily vehicle inspections
• operate service trucks according to routing information
• maintain accurate logs
• follow all safety regulations.
