What you'll do

• Verify and post purchase and sales invoice entries
• review vendor payments, payroll checks, tax payments, and disbursement records
• review monthly financial reports
• coordinate transaction entries
• prepare elimination spreadsheets and gather audit documents
• maintain ledgers and reconcile bank transactions for small entities
• coordinate property tax appeals and tax filings
• and assist with month-end balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 1+ years of people-management experience. CPA certification and English-Chinese fluency are preferred but not required.
