What you'll do

• Assist with ordering HVAC equipment, parts, materials, and supplies
• enter and track purchase orders and deliveries
• request vendor pricing and availability
• follow up on backorders and delays
• receive, inspect, organize, and stock inventory
• verify deliveries
• conduct counts and resolve discrepancies
• pull parts for technicians
• maintain warehouse safety and organization
• assist with warranty claims, returns, replacements, and credits
• prepare materials for service and installation jobs.
