What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and support Homecare Support Specialists
• monitor quality, productivity, and service metrics. Conduct training, onboarding, and performance evaluations
• assist with hiring and employee development. Address complex participant and provider inquiries, ensure CFSS and regulatory compliance, collaborate with internal teams and community partners, and implement process improvements.
