Licensed Mental Health Therapist — LPC, LCSW, PLPC, or LMSW

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO; pay is $30–$40 per hour. Lending Precious Hands is committed to increasing access to quality behavioral health and community-based services. The therapist provides individualized clinical care to clients and families while coordinating with the behavioral health team and other providers. The role supports client well-being through assessment, treatment planning, therapy, progress monitoring, and accurate documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct clinical assessments and identify treatment needs
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
• manage an assigned caseload
• complete progress notes and required documentation
• monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches
• coordinate care with providers and treatment teams
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
• participate in supervision, meetings, training, and quality-improvement activities.

Why this role
