Director of Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage delivery across product engineering pods
• establish and scale new pods and define their composition and working cadence
• translate business requirements into executable work with Product and stakeholders
• maintain hands-on expertise in design, code, and deployments
• coach engineering managers and senior engineers
• drive architecture, code quality, and testing standards with QA and Architecture
• lead hiring and performance management
• report delivery health, risks, and escalations
• champion AI-assisted software development practices.
