What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• respond to phone calls and emails
• provide information about products, incentives, and policies
• maintain product displays and restock shelves
• resolve or escalate client concerns
• process online orders and point-of-sale transactions
• verify and document eligibility
• handle returns, exchanges, and refunds
• support inventory checks, events, pickups, deliveries, and partnerships.
