Logistics Project Manager — Clinical Field Operations

What you'll do

• Manage clinical calendars for cases, training, and travel
• communicate current information to the clinical field team
• coordinate traveler documentation and work with TSA, customs agencies, and brokers
• arrange domestic and international flights, lodging, and ground transportation
• coordinate with management, clinical staff, and vendors
• manage training documentation
• provide support outside normal work hours when needed
• participate in on-call flight tracking and rebooking as needed.
