The Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in Rock Hill, SC. The annual salary range is $52,000–$65,000. The supervisor coordinates clinical program operations, provides staff supervision and clinical oversight, and supports consistent, compliant treatment delivery. The role also contributes to staff development, program coordination, and appropriate patient placement and care.

What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned clinical program and group operations
• develop and maintain clinical supervision plans and records
• supervise certified staff and interns
• provide assessments, individual therapy, and group services as needed
• support internal training and new-employee orientation
• participate in treatment-team staffing and patient placement
• monitor documentation for regulatory and accreditation standards
• coordinate program development with the Treatment Director
• prepare monthly program and supervision reports
• coordinate staff coverage and leave approvals.

Why this role

Requires or maintains applicable ADC, AADC, or CS credentials in SC and NCAC or MAC national accreditation; LAC, LPC, or LICSW-CP preferred. Working knowledge of ASAM, PPC-2R, and DSM-5 criteria is required.
