What you'll do

• Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and inviting
• maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and availability
• uphold fuel station appearance, safety, and compliance standards
• execute promotions and display signage
• support reporting and documentation
• perform cashier and food service duties when needed
• monitor cash handling, inventory, and fuel drive-offs
• enforce safety policies
• report incidents
• monitor competitor fuel pricing
• assist with recruiting, interviewing, training, coaching, and employee performance discussions
• resolve employee and customer concerns.
