The Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst role is onsite in Houston, TX. Annual base pay is $100,000–$130,000. The analyst works with the company’s investment and development team on multifamily, office, and retail properties. The role evaluates development projects, value-add opportunities, and distressed assets through financial modeling, underwriting, feasibility analysis, and market research. What you'll do

• Build and maintain financial models for ground-up developments and redevelopments
• underwrite multifamily, retail, and office assets
• evaluate distressed assets, non-performing loans, and value-add properties
• conduct zoning, land-use, and feasibility analyses
• coordinate with project professionals during pre-development
• use AI tools and automation for research and underwriting
• research markets and support analysis of tenant terms, loan covenants, and purchase agreements.

Why this role
