The Dietary Cook role is onsite in Claremore, OK, with a full-time schedule Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., plus alternating weekends at the same hours. This role helps promote residents’ well-being by preparing nutritious meals that follow planned menus, dietary guidelines, and individual needs. It also supports safe, consistent kitchen operations through sanitation, inventory assistance, and coordination with dietary staff and healthcare professionals.

What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menus, recipes, portion procedures, dietary guidelines, and residents’ special needs
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety
• assist with ordering and stocking supplies
• collaborate on menus and dietary changes
• record food temperatures, portions, and dietary modifications
• participate in training.
