What you'll do

• Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and local marketing
• build personal and commercial insurance customer relationships and referral partnerships. Manage sales goals and performance, develop retention and cross-sell strategies, and recruit, develop, and lead a sales team as the business grows. Use CRM, AI, automation, and lead-generation technology
• obtain and maintain required Arizona insurance licenses and company appointments.
