What you'll do

• Operate heavy equipment such as track hoes and backhoes
• coordinate rental equipment and materials

• communicate project requirements and issues to the Installation Manager and customer representatives
• interpret plans, specifications, and applicable regulations and codes
• attend applicable pre-construction and safety meetings
• maintain daily job records
• supervise and train crew members
• enforce safety rules and PPE use
• maintain orderly job sites and safe vehicles.
