Primary Care Physician

Provide direct patient care and assessments in an ambulatory health care center setting. Conduct geriatric assessments, medical history, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment. Develop and document plans of care, provide health education, and manage referrals. Participate in clinical rounds and conferences.
