What you'll do

• Handle and develop strategies for complex personal injury cases
• work with clients compassionately
• participate in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, hearings, and trials
• present arguments to juries
• interpret laws and regulations
• examine legal and medical data to assess coverage, liability, and damages
• conduct research and prepare for case events
• develop settlement materials and arguments
• ensure compliance for disbursements and settlement funds
• mentor and guide team members
• build professional community relationships
• travel as required.
