What you'll do

• pressure-wash sidewalks, patios, and seating areas
• water planters, weed, and rake leaves
• clear snow from pedestrian paths and apply ice-melting products
• inspect the property and report maintenance issues, vandalism, or safety hazards
• interact courteously with visitors and tenants.
