Accounting Manager

The role manages accounting operations and supports accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance. It oversees close processes, general ledger activity, reconciliations, payables, cash and banking, fixed assets, internal controls, and accounting staff, while supporting Finance leadership and the company’s operational objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes
• coordinate and review journal entries and general ledger activity
• oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• support financial statements, management reporting, and variance analysis
• oversee accounts payable, cash receipts, and banking activities
• maintain internal controls and audit readiness
• lead and develop accounting staff
• ensure compliance with government contracting requirements including FAR and CAS.
