What you'll do

• Repair and oversee repairs to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• troubleshoot machinery and systems
• inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns
• manage preventive maintenance
• maintain building systems including plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and grounds
• maintain supplies and spare-parts inventory
• document repairs and inspections
• follow safety and environmental requirements
• identify hazards and process improvements
• recommend equipment upgrades as appropriate.
