Preventive maintenance, repairs, and storm preparation help keep these shared facilities and infrastructure in working order.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on buildings and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete/paver work, and carpentry
• handle basic repairs
• oversee contractors when professional repairs are needed
• diagnose mechanical issues
• maintain gas lanterns
• repair and construct signage, rails, posts, and fences
• maintain docks and navigation lights
• trap and relocate nuisance animals in common areas
• repair potholes
• prepare roads, trails, and docks before and after storms.
