What you'll do

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
• serve as lead counsel in hearings, mediations, and trials
• handle complex, high-asset, and high-conflict cases
• draft and argue motions
• conduct discovery, depositions, and evidentiary preparation
• work with expert witnesses
• develop case strategy and assess risks
• negotiate settlements
• communicate with and guide clients
• maintain billing practices
• collaborate with attorneys and paralegals
• contribute to firm culture and reputation.
