What you'll do

• Complete fiber installations from curb to customer premises
• route fiber drops and activate ONTs with network operations support
• conduct multifamily site surveys and prepare labels and layout sketches
• troubleshoot networks and configure devices
• support emergency maintenance and after-hours tickets as needed
• maintain vehicle inventory, tools, and materials
• meet quality, documentation, and safety standards.
